I have one of these tickets, it os a no points ticket on your driving rcord. My insurance is charging me for this ticket, I am contacting the state NJ DMV to have it drop, as i was told this should not affect my insurance. If anyone has any info please share.

Wacth out for jerck cops in roxbury nj who have no respect for people and who take side of the people who do bad… Guy cuts me off I look at him wants to fight me I drive off shake my head… Jerk cop pulls me over gives me a ticket and yells at me I was in shock… so story is try to avowed the trash town if you with its trash cops and people

Its a “garbage” catch all chage. Basically means LEO saw you do something
stupid which may cause an accident.

Its $50 fine and no points so figure will just pay it and not contest charge, this
frees up LEO to testify in more serious matters, Ie speeding or DWI

Can go to court and contest it if want to speed time

Got one of these from State Trooper for not signaling when entering I 80 in
Paterson . Went to court (found out trooper was assigned to bear country in Sussex ) so probably not show. Paterson municipal court is so incompentant
and chaotic they lost paperwork and go it tossed. The city attorney was such
an idiot didn’t even know what charge meant ! Asked if wanted to plea guilty

Told him to get that SOB trooper down here. Didn’t show and could not find cae file so was dismissed

well Mr. Feinman, i had my check engine light come on, and mr. toughguy pulls me over because i was going 20 mph with my hazards on. this was due to the fact that I had my engine light flashing…heres to making more money than these clowns.

So let me understand….
you’re in the left lane on a tiny little spare tire trying to pass 2 cars so you can then move all the way to the right to exit to the truck lane, but when you can’t you squeeze between 2 cars cut over from the left lane to the right lane of a 4 lane highway, then you wonder why you get pulled over… and to top it you insult Jersey drivers?

You’re a classich left lane richard… probably with either a blue white and yellow plate or with the statue of liberty on it…

I wish you the best with your poker career so that you can win enough money to fly to AC rather than littering our roads.
