Basically means LEO saw you do something stupid which may cause an accident. Its $50 fine and no points so figure will just pay it and not contest charge, this frees up LEO to testify in more serious matters, Ie speeding or DWI Can go to court and contest it if want to speed time Got one of these from State Trooper for not signaling when entering I 80 in Paterson . Went to court (found out trooper was assigned to bear country in Sussex ) so probably not show. Paterson municipal court is so incompentant and chaotic they lost paperwork and go it tossed. The city attorney was such an idiot didn't even know what charge meant ! Asked if wanted to plea guilty Told him to get that SOB trooper down here.
